THE ROLE

We are seeking a XPLOR Research Memberships Manager, to join our innovative team. Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent professional experience. 

This is a client management and commercial management role, working across clients, project delivery teams, finance and marketing to ensure:

  • XPLOR delivers XRC member project outcomes in line with expectations
  • Members advocate for the XRC and recognise the value of their membership
  • New and existing client meetings and interactions are planned and facilitated, with supporting information and appropriate follow-up
  • The team, including finance, have visibility of project status, performance and burn up; revenue pipeline and how this compares to budgets
  • New member opportunities are effectively progressed; negotiations, contracting, scoping and other agreements are developed in a timely manner, and interactions between internal and external Legal, Finance and Commercial teams are facilitated
  • XRC, in collaboration with Marketing and other teams, creates compelling opportunities for members to interact and engage in formal and informal events and activities
  • Members and other stakeholders have visibility of XRC outputs and developments; are aware of new service and engagement opportunities
