THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic Industry Partnerships Account Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of the live events and creative sectors.

This role combines two core functions: managing high-value industry partnerships, and fostering a thriving, engaged research community. The post- holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners and members, ensuring parties derive maximum value from the engagement.

Industry Partnerships: The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to manage existing partnerships, and develop new partnerships, that provide financial and developmental support for academic programs, research, and student experience opportunities.

Research Memberships: The Account Manager will develop and maintain a committed membership community of businesses, organisations, and professionals. They will oversee membership subscriptions, enhance member engagement, and drive growth.
