THE ROLE
The
Academy of Live Technology is seeking an ambitious and visionary Academic Dean
to lead the delivery of our Higher and Further Education programmes.
This
pivotal role combines strategic curriculum leadership with day-to-day academic
management, ensuring our programmes remain innovative, industry-connected, and
aligned with the fast-evolving live events and production sectors. We are
looking for a forward-thinking academic leader with an entrepreneurial
mindset—someone who thrives in a creative, agile environment and is excited to
shape the future of higher education beyond traditional models.
You
will bring a strong track record of academic leadership, a passion for
innovation in teaching and learning, and a collaborative approach to working
with staff, students, and industry. As we progress through our assessment for
New Degree Awarding Powers, this is a rare opportunity to help drive the next
chapter of a growing, specialist institution at the heart of Europe’s leading
live industry campus.
